Shipping Policy: Research Peptide Delivery Australia
Macropus Peptides dispatches every order from Australian stock, New South Wales, to addresses within Australia. This page explains how dispatch and delivery work and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping and cannot forward orders to overseas addresses or freight forwarders.
[Whether PO boxes and parcel lockers are accepted].
Dispatch from Australian stock
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. An order whose payment clears before 2pm AEST on a business day is dispatched the same day. Payments that clear after 2pm, or on a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched on the next business day. PayID payments usually clear within minutes; a standard bank transfer can take up to one business day.
We may hold an order before dispatch if we need to verify your age, identity or research purpose under our Research Use Policy.
Carriers and delivery timeframes
We ship with [Carrier]. Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch are:
- standard tracked delivery: 2 to 5 working days;
- express tracked delivery: 1 to 2 working days; and
- regional and remote addresses: usually at the upper end of each range, and occasionally longer.
These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Weather, public holidays, peak periods and carrier network delays can extend them.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Standard tracked delivery is $10 and express tracked delivery is $35, charged once per order.
How vials are packed
Every vial is labelled with the compound name, strength, lot number and storage conditions, so you can check it against your order on arrival. We pack vials to reduce movement and the risk of breakage in transit. [Packaging details, such as padding, outer carton and any cold packs used].
When your parcel arrives, open it promptly, check each label against your order and store each product as shown on its label. If a certificate of analysis for your lot would help your records, you can request one through our contact page.
Tracking your order
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier, usually on the day of dispatch. If tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us and we will follow it up with the carrier.
Address errors
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. We can correct the address free of charge before dispatch. Once a parcel is with the carrier, we may not be able to change it.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, or because it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. [Redelivery charges, if any]. Returned parcels may have been exposed to unsuitable temperatures, and we may be unable to reship the same items for that reason.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within [Lost parcel timeframe] after dispatch, contact us with your order number. We will lodge an investigation with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will send a replacement or refund, as set out in our Refund Policy.
If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbours and your building manager, then contact us within [Missing delivery reporting window] so we can raise it with the carrier.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and take photos before contacting us. Our Refund Policy explains the claim process.
