Certificates of Analysis for Research Peptides
Every batch of every Macropus Peptides compound is tested before release: HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity. Each vial carries a lot number on its label, and the certificate of analysis for that lot records both results, so the material on your bench can be checked against a documented record before it goes into a study.

HPLC purity
High-performance liquid chromatography separates a sample into its components and measures how much of the total signal belongs to the target peptide. The purity figure on a certificate is that share, reported from the peak area of the chromatogram, and the chromatogram itself is attached so the separation can be inspected.
Mass spectrometry identity
Mass spectrometry measures the molecular mass of the sample and compares it with the expected mass of the sequence. It answers a different question from HPLC: not how pure the sample is, but whether it is the right molecule. A lot needs both results before its certificate is meaningful.
Reading your certificate
Match the lot number on the certificate to the lot number on your vial label first. Then check the compound name and amount, the purity result against the stated specification, the identity result against the expected mass, and the test date. Keep the PDF with your laboratory records for that study.
Why lots matter in research
Two vials of the same compound can come from different synthesis runs. Recording the lot for every experiment lets you trace any unexpected result back to the material used, and ordering enough vials from one lot keeps a whole study on a single analytical record.
